1. Elegibility

 

The giveaway draws are open to residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Absolute Asia, Team Leads, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

 

2. Entry:

 

Every $5.00 AUD donated will receive 1 entry into each giveaway draw. For example, $5 = 1 ticket, $10 = 2 tickets, $50 = 10 tickets, and $100 = 20 tickets. Donations and entries must be made via the scubapageant.com.au website. Entries are accepted until October 31, 2024, 11:59 PM AEDT.

 

3. Draw and Prizes:

 

There will be four (4) giveaway draws:
1. Draw #1: Nespresso Citiz Coffee Machine
2. Draw #2: Sony Wireless Headphones
3. Draw #3: Two (2) x $50 Amazon Gift Cards
4. Draw #4: One (1) Miss Scuba Hat and one (1) Miss Scuba Shirt
All draws will be conducted on November 1, 2024. Winners will be announced on the Miss Scuba Australia Facebook page and the scubapageant.com.au website.

 

4. Prize Supplier:

 

The giveaway prizes are supplied by Absolute Asia.

 

5. Liability:

 

Team Leads will be hosting the giveaway draws but will not be held liable for any issues or disputes arising from the giveaways. All disputes related to the prizes should be directed to Absolute Asia.

 

6. General Conditions:

 

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of the organizers, which are final and binding in all respects. Winners will be contacted via the contact information provided during entry. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner selected. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed. Absolute Asia reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

 

7. Disputes:

 

Any disputes arising from the giveaway will be between Absolute Asia and the donators.

 

8. Refund Policy:

 

All donations are final and non-refundable. By making a donation, you agree that the funds will be used to support Miss Scuba Australia and the associated activities.

 

9. Legal Jurisdiction:

 

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of [Your State], Australia. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Your State], Australia.

 

10. Privacy:
